Scorching Spell [Metamagic]
The townsguard has never reported so much scaldings since the appearance of the Burned Hands.Benefit: You may apply this metamagic feat only on Fire spells. A scorching fire spell inflicts the scorched condition to the target.
A scorching spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.
