I'd make a comparison with a masterwork +1 greatsword, and point out that this is a (admittedly not +1) hands free greatsword with 10 ft movement a round as swift and reachand trip. This is one of those grafts I'd use if I didn't feel it just outpaces everything else. Almost a neutral, but not quite.
