Speed Polka [General]
"98. There is no such thing as Speed Polka." -Things Mr. Welch is No Longer Allowed to Do in an RPGPrerequisites: Bardic music, Perform (any two) 20 ranksBenefit: You can use bardic music or maintain concentration on it as a free action.
Normal: You have to use some sort of non-unlimited action (usually a standard action) to begin a bardic music effect or maintain concentration on it.Special: If you have 26 ranks in at least two Perform skills, you get two extra uses of bardic music per day.
If you have 32 ranks in at least two Perform skills, this feat also grants the fast movement class ability - you can move 10 feet faster than is normal for your race, just like a barbarian.
If you have 38 ranks in at least two Perform skills, you can concentrate on bardic music and cast or concentrate on a spell at the same time.
