Synchronize Magic Item [General]
Benefit: Magic items use your highest mental ability modifier to determine the saving throws involved in magic items which generate spells or spell-like effects. Effects which are not spells but still have save DCs use 10 + 1/2 HD + highest mental ability modifier.
Example: For example, a wand of fireball is normally frozen at DC 14. If your save DC for the spell would be higher using your highest mental ability modifier, use your own save DC. Likewise, the frozen DC 17 of the Stunning enhancement instead becomes DC 10 + 1/2 HD + highest mental ability modifier if your DC would be higher.Normal: Magic items do not scale with the power of their users, quickly becoming useless.
