This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.I don't care if you don't do any damage for that round (and in this case, it's just -5 dice of damage which is far less of a penalty at higher levels while this ability still remains relevant), blinding for a number of rounds equal to your level with a single action is too much reward for that kind of investment at the High range of play.

Blinding

I'll be looking over the class more fully later on to see what I think of it a a whole (it does look good, at a glance). But I want to note my agreement that you're underestimating the power of blindness. It brings your enemy down to damn near zero DPR regardless of what level they are, meanwhile you're still operating at half DPR by level 10, and even then you're only reduced for one round while they're debilitated for the rest of the encounter. It ends the fight. Save or Lose is precisely what High power is not, regardless of level. --DanielDraco (talk) 16:23, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
