| Might as well make it DR/-- and be done with it... If you really want deities to get past it, just let deities and the weapons they make ignore DR or something.

| There no reasons to hate the article since it well written, I am going so far a to let any rewrite of epic a chance (seriously epic don't work because the epic level handbook was written by morons and if you continue normal progression you can go as far as level 24-26 ymv without the system requiring big adjustment).

- In response to Foxwarrior... because in epic, DR/epic means nothing. Everyone has it. It is epic's DR/magic. I needed something to represent DR/real ultimate power that was rarely, but able to be bypassed (which is why I didn't use DR/-). DR/epic really only works for pre-epic creatures you want to have that want to express as having real ultimate power and whatnot. -- Eiji-kun 21:21, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
- This is really not able to be bypassed, though. Players don't really become deities -- not the way deities are written, anyway -- so this damage is never available to them...which means it may as well be DR/-. The only place I can see this coming up is if an NPC deity fights a monster. And what's the point of the DM fighting against himself? If you incorporate this into Complete Epic in such a way that it's actually usable, then it can be judged as a part of that whole. But on its own, I might honestly rethink my rating it drop it down to a 0. --DanielDraco 21:31, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
