Loved 2ed wild talent, it just messed balance up so badly

Now this looks to work and still bring the flavour

It's a cute little way to use those tiny numbers of power points, but I don't see why Naturally Psionic and other ways of getting power points are excluded.

Higher level powers

If I take this feat for the first time at 15th level am I still limited to getting a 1st level power? --Andrew Arnott (talk, email) 21:34, April 14, 2010 (UTC)

Nah, you'd be able to take a power of 3rd level or lower (see the "Special" section of the feat). --Ghostwheel 21:36, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
The wording is a little unclear is all. The special section almost implies that you can only take a higher level power if you are taking the feat an additional time. It doesn't explicitly say that, but it seems to imply it. --Andrew Arnott (talk, email) 21:45, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
Does that make it clearer? --Ghostwheel 21:47, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
Yep! --Andrew Arnott (talk, email) 21:47, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the help. I figure it's a good way to allow soulknives and the like to be more psionic and gain access to choice powers that can really make them shine and allow them to customize out beyond feats and weapon enhancements. --Ghostwheel 21:50, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
