Temporal Stutter [Spelltouched]
Prerequisites: Must have been exposed to a time stop spell.Benefit: Once per encounter, you can stop time for about 2 seconds as a swift action. The next standard or move action you take are taken under the effect of time stop, with all benefits and limitations of such. This does not grant you any additional actions and the effect is wasted if not taken immediately after activating it. Temporal stutters like the one you create are disturbing to magic, preventing you from casting spells, activating spell-completion items or using spell-like abilities while under it effect, existing spells and spell-like abilities are not suppressed however.
