World's Tallest Midget [General]
You're the world's tallest midget, and the world's shortest giant. You're not quite small nor medium sized.Prerequisites: Small or Medium sizedBenefit: If you are small, you gain powerful build, allowing yourself to act as one size larger when beneficial including wielding medium sized weapons. If you are medium, you gain slight build, allowing yourself to act as one sized smaller when beneficial including wielding small sized weapons. In both cases your reach remains the same regardless. You lose the benefit while you're any size but small or medium.
