Eldritch Essence Warlock Greater; 4th |
Targets affected by this essence must make a will save. Each affected target that fails its Will save (DC 14 + charisma bonus) must immediately start cowering. While cowering, the afflicted is considered prone, and may only take a partial action, though may not purposely trigger any ability for offensive or maneuverability reasons. This is a mind-affecting effect. If already frightened or panicked, this invocation only makes the target prone.
